SHIPPING
- We ship within Singapore only.
- Exclusions: We do not deliver to PO Boxes or restricted areas (e.g., army camps, airports, offshore islands). Such orders may be cancelled and refunded.
- Customers bear all re-shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- You will receive an email once your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and subject to stock availability.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
- A $2.18 handling fee applies to orders under $16.35 ($15 excl. GST).
Self Collection
- Location: 1091 Lower Delta Road #03-04, Singapore 169202
- Hours: Mon–Fri (8:30am–12:30pm, 1:30pm–5pm)
- Closed on weekends and Public Holidays.
- Please refer to your invoice for collection date and other details.

- Shipping fee: $7.63 (incl. GST) Free shipping for stamp & seal orders above $59.95 ($55 excl. GST).

Orders & Personalization
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders at our discretion.
- Products are available while stocks last. If an item is unavailable, you may choose to wait for a restock or receive a refund.
- Custom Orders: Customers are responsible for the accuracy of all text and images. We are not liable for replacement costs resulting from customer errors.
Inaccuracy Disclaimer
- We reserve the right to correct typographical errors or inaccuracies regarding descriptions, pricing, and availability without prior notice.
- Actual product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photographic lighting.
Price & Payment
- All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD), include GST, and exclude postage (calculated at checkout).
- Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store credit card data.
- Orders will only be processed upon successful payment verification.
Replacement Policy

All items are inspected before shipment. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number, name, address, and photos of the defect.
- Replacements are only considered for physically damaged or incorrectly packed items. We do not offer exchanges for different products.
- Customers bear the cost of returning items to us. We recommend using registered mail, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
- Replacements are issued on a one-for-one basis once the original item is returned in its original condition.
- If the item is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued.
- All replacements will be sent to customers via SingPost Ordinary Mail service only.
